Very collectible are the Tiny Tears dolls from the 1950s, made by the American character Doll company. They came in different sizes with different hair colors. These dolls have tear ducts aside of their eyes,and after you feed her a bottle of water... she cries real tears! Also if you give her a gentle squeeze she makes a cooing sound.
If you are a baby boomer, maybe you had one of these little girls. If you are younger, your Mother may have had one!
